Resident discount:

• You are entitled to a 75% discount on the fare price of your tickets on this route.
• To apply this discount, you must provide your DNI number (Spanish citizens) or NIE/passport number (foreign citizens). The SARA system will determine if you are registered in the Balearic Islands residents database and, therefore, will automatically apply the discount to your ticket prices.
• If the SARA system does not identify you as a resident, you will need to present your residence certificate in the Balearic Islands at the ferry company offices.

Things to consider for Balearic residents:

• The resident discount only applies to the price of passenger tickets. The resident discount does not apply to the price of cars, other vehicles, or extras.
• It is valid for any type of accommodation you book, tickets in the cafeteria, seats, superior seats, cabins, or VIP lounges.
• You must have a valid certificate, expired certificates are not accepted.
• As a general rule, the residence certificate issued by the municipalities is valid for 6 months. If it is expired at the time of travel, you must go to your municipality to get a new one. The resident discount will not be applied if you cannot prove your residence.
• Children under 1 year old who are residents of the Balearic Islands do not need to present any type of certificate.
