1. DATA PROTECTION POLICY FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, you are informed that your data will be processed by I LOVE FERRY, a registered trademark of I LOVE VIAJES, as the data controller. The purpose of the processing is to manage the reservation for the requested trip. This processing is legitimised by the execution of a transport contract. The collected data may be transferred to Public Administrations and State Security Forces, always in a justified manner and limited to the purpose previously defined, within the provision of agreed products or services. The collected data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest, and as long as necessary to comply with current legislation.

If the requested data is not provided, I LOVE FERRY will not be able to manage the requested trip. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection, as well as the right to data portability, by writing to I LOVE FERRY via email at info@iloveferry.com. If you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority at www.agpd.es.

1.2. The User expressly agrees to the inclusion of the data collected during browsing the website, or provided through any form, as well as those derived from the commercial relationship, in the automated personal data file referred to in the first section. During the data collection process, and in each place on the website where such data is requested, the User will be informed, either through a hyperlink or by including the appropriate notices in the form itself, whether the provision of such data is mandatory, except for making reservations, in which case I LOVE FERRY informs the User from this moment that it will not be considered voluntary, and therefore it will be necessary to provide identity, address, and credit card details for payment, as these data are required for the formalisation and provision of the various services offered on the website.

1.3. The User may exercise, regarding the data collected in the manner provided in the previous section, the rights recognised in Organic Law 15/1999, and in particular the rights of access, rectification, or deletion of data and objection, where applicable, as well as the right to withdraw consent for the transfer of their data or for any of the uses previously mentioned. 1.4. I LOVE FERRY informs you that, for the User to access some parts of the content or services offered on the website, it may be necessary to fill in registration forms, or similar, where the User may be asked to provide personal data. Additionally, I LOVE FERRY may activate "cookies" to improve its services, through which user data may be obtained.

Cookies are small amounts of information stored in the browser used by each User so that the server remembers certain information that only the server that implemented it will later read. Cookies generally have a limited duration.

No cookie allows contact with the User's phone number, email address, or any other contact method. No cookie can extract information from the User's hard drive or steal personal information.

The only way for a User's private information to become part of the cookie file is if the User personally provides that information to the server. Users who do not wish to receive cookies or want to be informed of their setting can configure their browser accordingly.

1.5. By accepting these terms, the User expressly consents to the transfer or communication of the data included in the aforementioned file to I LOVE FERRY so that it can process their personal data to send them offers and advertising messages by any system, regarding its products and services. The User is informed that this transfer will take place at the time of the collection of personal data.

1.6. I LOVE FERRY undertakes to use the data included in the file, to respect its confidentiality and to use it in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to save it and adopt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorised access, in accordance with the Security Measures Regulation for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 July.
