The ferry from Santa Cruz to Gran Canaria leaves from Santa Cruz de Tenerife and arrives at one of two ports: Agaete with Fred Olsen Express, or Las Palmas with Baleà ria Canarias. Both have departures every day.
If you are looking for Santa Cruz de La Palma, that is a different island and a different port: there is no direct ferry to Gran Canaria from there; you go via Tenerife.

Which ferry companies run the Santa Cruz to Gran Canaria ferry
Fred Olsen Express goes to Agaete, about 35 km from Las Palmas. To reach the capital directly, Baleà ria Canarias runs the Santa Cruz de Tenerife–Las Palmas line. The Gran Canaria–Santa Cruz de Tenerife line of Baleà ria Canarias used to belong to the former Naviera Armas (now operated by Baleà ria) and is today run by Baleà ria Canarias.
Both have their own Ferry Bus service at their ports, with their own conditions.

How to get to the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife
It is in the centre of Tenerife's capital. From the south, allow a little over an hour on the TF-1. Fred Olsen has a Ferry Bus between Los Cristianos and Santa Cruz, and Baleà ria has another for its combined tickets.
There is paid parking at the port and in the surrounding area.
Arriving in Agaete or Las Palmas
Agaete is a small port in the west of Gran Canaria. Las Palmas is the capital's port. Choose according to where you are staying: it is about 35 km from the port of Agaete to Las Palmas, with Fred Olsen's Ferry Bus or by road.
Documents for travelling from Santa Cruz to Gran Canaria
