It sails only in the Canary Islands and to Cádiz.

  • It is the only ferry company with direct sailings between the port of Las Palmas and the port of Santa Cruz.

Las Palmas to Santa Cruz ferry price

The price you see above is the lowest we have found recently for a non-resident adult without a vehicle, with the date on which we checked it.

Your final price changes with the accommodation (standard seat, upper seat or VIP lounge), with the vehicle and with any discounts you have. If you are a resident, calculate your price on I Love Ferry (iloveferry.com/ferris) by switching on "Canary Islands resident?".

Canary Islands resident discount on the ferry to Tenerife

Canary Islands residents get 75% off the inter-island passenger ticket. It does not apply to the car, the pet or extra services, so with a vehicle the total saving is smaller.

  • Calculate your resident price on I Love Ferry (iloveferry.com/ferris) by switching on "Canary Islands resident?".
  • Baleària checks residence electronically. If it cannot, it asks for a valid certificate of residence and the identity document named on it.
  • Bring your DNI (or NIE) when you board.
  • More detail in Canary Islands resident discount.

Large family discount on the ferry

Large families get 20% (general) or 50% (special) off the passenger ticket, and it is added to the resident discount. You must have a valid certificate. More information in ferry with a large family discount.

Las Palmas to Santa Cruz de Tenerife ferry with a car

Baleària takes cars, electric cars, vans, caravans, motorhomes, motorbikes, bicycles and scooters. A trailer is added to the car. Enter the vehicle when you search, with its real dimensions: its price is added to the driver's.

  • A vehicle cannot travel without a passenger: otherwise it is treated as freight.
  • During the crossing the car deck is closed: take up to the deck whatever you need.
  • If it is a rental, check beforehand that the company lets you board it and take it to another island.

The resident discount does not apply to the vehicle.

Las Palmas to Santa Cruz ferry with a dog

You can travel with your dog, but it has to be on the booking and have a valid health card. Baleària offers four options: Pet&You (a mat next to your seat), Pet Friendly seat (in a carrier), calm kennels (ventilated spaces) and a pet-friendly cabin on the ferries that have one.

It cannot stay in the car during the crossing or go on the Ferry Bus. Animals disembark last. More information in travelling by ferry with a dog.
